       The increasing numbers of newly graduate who haven’t have work yet are one of the main problems our government is settling to diminish.
      Recently many public and private institutions conducted job opening via on-line and direct application. Some are for seasonal or contractual job vacancies, others are for long term works.
     According to labor Secretary Marianito Roque there would be enough employment for the remaining months if the new graduates would not be choosy.
      It is said that even though you graduated from a course that is in demand, you will not be automatically get hired, you may not get the job sometimes. Excellent academic record is one of the major things companies look for especially new grads. Having high grades can show that a future employee is behaviorally competent. Since they don’t have that much work experience yet it is one on which they base their decision.
     A way to increase chances in finding a job is being a working student. Companies that you will be applying in the future would be impress because this will reflect on your good balancing time. Also joining groups and organizations in schools or outside may show your leadership skills, time and project management skills.
     Behavioral competencies could help you get into a job. One applicant should bear in mind the iniativeness, critical thinking and good communication skills. These play a big role to become successful in the future. Good grades and great ideas can land jobs for new graduates.
      The government keeps on creating a job for the Filipino job seekers so that one may increase self-worth and the sense of responsibility.
