 BSIT, BSed on the floor!

         School of Secondary Education and School of Technology reigns on the floor when they performed their culminating activity last Sept. 22, 2012.

           The program begin with the opening remarks of Mrs. Felomina Sapallo their P.E. Adviser followed by a short message of Dr. Victorino Regio the Dean of Secondary Education and god-inspiring talked of Ms. Mayfour B. Yadno, director of Culture Arts Unit.

           BSed1-Delacosta started the program with their yellow and pink costume, BSed1-Biyo,BSIT-1F, BSed1-Alvero and BSIT-1B performed next. Some technical problem occurred during the presentation but still the audience applauded them on their continuous performances.        

Celebrating the Greatest Hit of the Decades

Five section of different courses collaborated together for a performance reviving the greatest hits of the decades as an equivalent to Final Examination on their respective subject to Ms. Myra Mantal.

The group will present hits from 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and 2000. One group from AB-Comm. II B will perform the 60’s and the other one is about 90’s hits. Electrical engineering (ECE-B) and AB-Comm. II A will rekindle song from 70’s, civil engineering (CPE-V) on 80’s and AB-Comm. IV is assigned on 2000 hits. It will be held on Oct. 7, 2012 at the MSC Audio Visual Room around 9:00-12:00 in the morning.

This culminating activity will cover the Humanities Arts Appreciation and Popular Culture subject with the theme “A blast from the past: Greatest hits of the decades”.

Each student comes up with this theme to reminisce all songs which becomes part of lives of the people. It composed of different kind of dances with matching costumes suitable on each decade.
